Why Greg Bednarz? Because I care about my clients, their needs and goals. I expend and commit 100% to their objectives. I am relatively new to Real Estate but make sure I provide a level of personal service unmatched in the industry. If I don't know the answer...I find out promptly. I am responsive, ethical and relentless toward my client?s objectives. I come from a 23 year career in automotive customer service and apply the principles and courtesy learned from that experience. I am local to Bothell and understand the great things that make this community what it is. I can convey the values on behalf of sellers and explain the values to my buyers. I am a full time agent and focus all my efforts to finding the right home for my buyers and buyers for my sellers. I have lived in Bothell for 14 years and have two children thirteen and sixteen. I may have coached your kids in soccer or baseball or enjoyed watching them participate with my kids.
